Capital EAP is a program of Capital Counseling. It was formed in 1978 and was at the forefront of the nation’s EAP movement.
Today Capital EAP is one of the largest, most established and innovative full-service EAP programs in the Northeast region of New York State. Capital EAP proudly serves over 150,000 employees, and nearly 300,000 individuals, families and children across New York State.
Capital EAP is unlike any other EAP services provider. While maintaining a broad network of aligned counselors across the United States, Capital EAP also employs its own counseling staff, phone and web-based counselors, crisis agents and certified training personnel. This unique structure allows Capital EAP to provide highly personalized support of its members both locally and across the country.
